These terms govern access to and use of the Streamline API and dashboard. By creating an account you agree to them.

Acceptable use

The API may not be used to distribute content you don't have rights to, or in a way that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction.

Availability

We target 99.9% monthly uptime for the ingest and playback APIs. Planned maintenance is announced on the status page at least 48 hours in advance where possible.

Billing

Usage is billed monthly in arrears based on metered streaming hours. Accounts past due by more than 14 days may be suspended.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be announced by email to the account owner.
