This policy describes what information Streamline collects when you use our API and dashboard, and how it is used.

Information we collect

Account details you provide at signup (email, billing information), and operational metadata about API usage (timestamps, session counts, response codes) needed to bill and support your account.

What we don't do

We do not inspect or retain the content of media streams beyond what is required to serve playback and, if you opt in, produce a recording. Streams are not used for advertising or shared with third parties.

Data retention

Usage metadata is retained for 13 months for billing and support purposes. Recordings, if enabled, follow the retention window configured on your project.
